What is Raw?
Raw food also known as Living foods, are foods that are eaten without heating above 105 to 118 degrees. Raw food consist of Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, and Sprouts, they are wholesome and delicious foods, that still have all of there enzymes in tact.
Raw foods have helped people heal from cancer, diabetes, obesity, fibromyalgia and so much more. Tanisha Marshall knows all to well the benefits of eating a raw food diet after suffering most of her life from not being able to wake up in the morning to not being able to breathe at night.
